This position is responsible for contributing to daily office operations work. It is responsible to ensure daily operations and efficiencies. In addition the candidate will be an assistant to the CEO & Leadership team.
Candidate will need to be comfortable multi-tasking and should also have an appreciation for thinking outside of the box. We hire for the long term. The ideal candidate will become a long term team member making a large impact on the organizaitons success.
32.00 to 53.00 Hourly SALARY - WITH BONUS POTENTIAL
Responsibilities vary, but may include:
*Answering Incoming Phone Calls
*Daily office work as required by department managers, assistant work.
*CEO & Leadership teams assistant
*Accounts receivable support
*Processing PO's / Orders
Education and Experience:
*Have experience working in a fast pace environment.
*Administrative experience a plus.
*Mult-tasking experience a must.
*Quickbooks experience a plus.
