As a Success Programs Manager, you will work with our customers in a post-sales capacity to help them realize the full value of Ciscos products and services and ensure that they achieve success with their desired business goals.
Youll become a trusted advisor to our Stealthwatch customers and become part of their Security teams. Youll also be your customers advocate within Cisco.

Who You ll Work WithYoull work with some of Ciscos most strategic customers and their industry-leading information security teams. Youll also work directly with our Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management and Development teams to ensure that we are delivering as much value as possible to our customers.
Youll engage with all levels of a customers organization to ensure that their investments in Cisco are yielding results. You will build long-term relationships with your customers and help drive the tactical & strategic outcomes that a customer expects from Stealthwatch.
Who You AreYou are passionate about the changing threat landscape and love the challenge of delivering capabilities that give our customers the edge against the adversary. You have a strong background in technical account and escalation management and are able to bring that experience to bear. Experience as a Sales Engineer, Information Security consultant, Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst or with Stealthwatch is a plus. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, an expert negotiator and have the ability to prioritize actions with only limited information. You are a Cisco product champion who can successfully evangelize our portfolio of products and services to anyone in a customers organization. You are customer obsessed.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
7-10 years of experience in account management, professional services or other direct customer facing/engagement roles for large enterprise customers. Demonstrated experience with network and security technologies. Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail. Proactive and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate technical concepts, use cases and illustrate how Stealthwatch can address challenges in the current threat landscape to a wide audience.
The ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
BA/BS preferred.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC or equivalent.
