Job Title: (Entry Level) Territory Sales Representative

Office Location: Glendale Heights, IL

Reports To: Sales Manager

Status: W-2, Full Time

Advocate Construction is a construction company with locations in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Michigan, & Colorado serving the needs of homeowners. Our primary focus is to replace roofing, siding and gutters, although, we are a general contractor capable of managing most residential construction projects. Our goal is to remove the burden from our valued customers by managing the entire process of construction and any third party billing or financial oversight. We pride ourselves on taking great care of our customers and providing the utmost respect to their homes from the initial inspection through the final installation.

  • Must be comfortable canvasing neighborhoods, on foot, meeting with the homeowners face to face
  • Must be comfortable working outsides and in various weather conditions
  • Inspecting & documenting outsides of homes for storm damage
  • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements/contracts of repair.
  • Must have access to pick up truck and able to haul an extension ladder (we offer truck reimbursement)
  • Must have valid driver s license
  • Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
  • Strong self-starter with a keen desire to succeed
  • Sales experience is not required
