Account Coordinator Bentley Concierge

As the Account Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining the success of the Bentley Online Retailer Toolkit. Additionally, you must ensure that the Bentley Dealer Partners are equipped for success when/if they contact the Bentley Concierge. The Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the Bentley Retailer Toolkit and providing support to Bentley dealerships.


  • Support the day-to-day maintenance, enhancements, changes, etc. of the Bentley Retailer Toolkit (ad builder)
  • Monthly audit of online content to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of Retailer contact information
  • Continually update Bentley Retailer toolkit as the business requires, including the receipt, testing, packaging, uploading and archiving of creative materials.
  • Report any technical issues and monitor overall Bentley Retailer toolkit functionality
  • Support Bentley Retailer engagement on the Bentley Retailer Toolkit. Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage exceptions and follow-up communications where Bentley Retailers have opted in for a la carte menu of services but not have deployed.
  • Provide support to Bentley Retailers & Agency field teams regarding Bentley Retailer toolkit issues
  • Provide assistance with Bentley Retailer Toolkit; navigation, customize and order creative support, general troubleshooting, order shipment issues, and assist Retailers with requests for new creative material and new creative formats, as well as assist with general navigation questions
  • Provide regular training for Retailers and agencies on Bentley Retailer Toolkit site navigation and functionality
  • Log support and training requests and recommend additional training materials and / or Frequently Asked Questions to pre-empt future needs
  • Close collaboration with Bentley Motors Inc. headquarters required
  • Close collaboration with Keko Global Agency required
  • Assist in email deployments for Level 1 dealers.
  • Monitor production for ordered campaigns to ensure execution.
  • Work closely with Account Manager, Account Director and Co-op Compliance Executive
  • Serve in a compliance review position as a back up to the Coop Compliance executive
  • Assist in preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews for Bentley Motors Inc.
  • Assist with any ad hoc projects requested by the client
  • Manage Bentley Support inbox and calls respond to in a timely fashion
  • Monitor Toolkit usage and conduct Outreach to non-engaged dealers
  • Support Latin America dealers remotely.

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience
  • Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience, a big plus!
  • Demonstrated ability and high-level comfort speaking with/engaging clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely organized, task and detailed-oriented
  • Must be a critical thinker
  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
    Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a full-time, onsite, salaried position located at our corporate office in Herndon, VA. Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not provided.
