Identify and develop relationships with new hiring managers. Seek job requirements that meet qualification criteria for support. Add competitive intelligence to assist recruiting team to effectively source the right candidates. Present candidates to hiring managers and ensure all candidates get interviewed or gets good feedback on rejected candidates. Keep candidates on top of recall for hiring manager and ensure a large percentage of submitted candidates are hired. Work with the recruiting team to ensure background checks and reference checks are completed and candidates are on-boarded successfully New Business Identify new accounts that meet the account qualification criteria. Identify decision makers and influencers within target segment. Understand their decision-making process, key success factors, and criteria to add new suppliers to their staffing program. Present a proposal that meets or exceeds client&39;s expectations. Gain acceptance of services, negotiate contract and hand over account to the delivery team for execution. Perform Account Management responsibilities.
