Events and Adventures, the Nations Premier Social Club for Singles, is looking for a Office Assistant for our fun office in Seattle! Events & Adventures hosts over 40 fun events for singles every month. We re looking for a motivated individual to join our team of winners!
You are in charge of:
*Answering customers call
*Scanning & Filing
*Supporting the membership advisers
*Supporting the event coordinator
And any other traditional receptionist task. You will support Member Rep Manager and Event Managers. Membership sales: You will be offered sales training.
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
* detail oriented (A MUST)
* knowledgeable in Microsoft office (google docs, power point)
* positive and friendly customer service etiquette
* good verbal and written communication skills
* self motivated (doesn t wait around to be told what do to next)
* good organization skills
* social media savvy
Experience in hospitality, event planning, marketing, or sales is a plus. The position requires an ENERGETIC, FUN, FRIENDLY person with EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION skills.
