Administrative Assistant

Barraclough & Associates, P.C. is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This position encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. If you have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while managing evolving priorities and various requests throughout the day, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer multiple phone lines and greeting clients with outstanding communication skills
  • Process all client pick-ups and obtaining client signatures, if needed
  • Maintain Firms billing files with meticulous attention to detail
  • Run daily errands for Firm
  • Process all mail (incoming & outgoing) for Firm and receives deliveries
  • Copying, scanning, alphabetizing, and filing
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain staffs schedules, conference room schedules and Firms calendar
  • Maintain all conference rooms and kitchen
  • Organize staff meetings/lunches once a month, including ordering food and set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in a high-volume administrative setting (Required)
  • At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook (Required)
  • Driver s License and auto insurance (Required)
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Applicants must be detail oriented and organized
  • Adaptive, flexible, reliable and professional
  • Experience with postage meter and processing certified mail is a plus
