TemporaryRequisition ID: 1901231 Description Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the necessary personnel in the Bammel Aftermarket Organization and contribute as a key member of the administrative team. Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders for the Bammel Aftermarket Organization
  • Communicate with the Accounting department, Buyers, Planners and Vendors to reconcile all past due accounts in a professional manner
  • Maintain daily purchase order log
  • Submit all documentation to Quality group as required
  • Scan all necessary documentation to appropriate departments
  • Utilize Tracker as necessary
  • Reconcile the deferred / suspense reports
  • Maintain accurate files
  • Process receiving as assigned
  • Process Transfer Orders as assigned
  • Any other job related functions as assigned by Management
  • Facility Specific Responsibilities:
  • Typing and distributing information; organizing and maintaining filing systems;
  • Serve as the liaison between the supervisors, managers and/or executives and other company personnel.
  • Utilize Cognos to perform necessary reporting functions.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
  • Work with Accounting and Quality on all audits
  • Assist with all Administrative needs for the department
  • Assist Management with necessary policies and guidelines
  • Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Glovia ERP system knowledge
  • Professional communication skills
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ethical work habits and professional skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Qualifications Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in automated office environment
  • PC proficiency
  • Strong competencies in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
