Job Description :Account Managers are responsible for working directly with Opt-Intelligence’s advertiser clients to establish and cultivate relationships, and to analyze and manage their performance. Desired Skills & ExperienceProject Management

  • Ensure optimal performance of publisher placements in the Opt-Intelligence network
  • Manage projects and client requests on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with Production, Technology and Accounting departments
  • Provide frequent updates and other communications to external clients and internal sales teams
  • Maintain sales and production systems
  • Strategize on growth opportunities with current accounts
  • Responsible for the retention of your own advertiser accounts

Relationship Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients (email, phone and sometimes in person)
  • Coordinate phone calls and meetings

Analysis

  • Gain thorough insight into the Client’s business and industry, identify client needs, and use creative problem-solving to make sure their goals are being met
  • Provide clients with guidance based on metrics and industry standards
  • Develop reports and research for external clients and internal departments
