- Expert in JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, DWR, jQuery, Bootstrap, and cross-browser compatibility - Required 7Years
- Expert in IBM SOA, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server and IBM HTTP Server - Required 6Years
- Expert Experience in designing and deploying BPM workflow solutions using Adobe Live Cycle and Adobe AEM - Required 4Years
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying BRMS using Corticon Business Rules Platform - Required 2Years
- Experience on version control systems such as Tortoise and CVS - Required 4Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences - Required
- Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions - Required
- Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology - Desired
- Understanding of NC’s Medicaid Uniform Screening Tool (MUST) system - Desired
