Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop software applications to support key business functions for Coordinate, plan and execute software deployments to production, test and development platforms using documented procedures and tests.
• Troubleshoot and investigate. Develop solutions to problems involving causes that are not obvious. Respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors that do not have a known cause. 
• Write and maintain all documentation supporting primary area of responsibility. Apply knowledge of current technologies and methodologies with business subject matter to develop technical solutions. Confer with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the situation requiring intervention. Translate process into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets.
• Obtain advice from higher-level Information Technology associates when precedents are unclear. Participate actively in the software release process.

 Experience:

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering. In lieu of degree, 8 years of relative experience. Masters’ degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of the current Office Product Suite.
• Understanding of Business Process Area supported - Continued growth in understanding company culture and business practices.
