Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and deployment phases of new products for end users to streamline manual processes.
- Enhance the value of current products for internal/external customers by identifying and documenting customer needs and system capabilities and developing code and designing software to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other software developers, product owners, business analyst and product owners in an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
- Provide effort estimates on technical tasks and help the team complete the Sprints on time.
- Provide Tier III escalation support on internal business applications.
