Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Implement new IT projects across the organization.
- Ability to create a prototype, validate and launch new applications.
- Manage all networking equipment - firewall, router, AP's, etc.
- Analyze/troubleshoot all levels of desktop, application, and network issues.
- Configure and deploy Mac workstations for the office.
- Administrator all organization applications like JIRA, Confluence, FreshDesk, Google Apps, O365, etc.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
- Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
