Responsibilities:
- Work closely with founders, product managers and designers to take platform from idea to execution.
- Create a Node (or similar) backend application.
- Manage database setup and structure.
- Work with CTO to set up system architecture.
- Set up system monitoring tools.
- Set up developer-first principles within the team.
- Optimise product for performance.
