Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend systems development.
- 5+ years of experience in installation and management of Big Data Platforms Solid experience with Technology Refresh activities especially with End of Life Hardware and Software leveraging in-place and side-car approach.
- 2+ years of solid experience in Cloud technologies (Preferably certified in AWS) S3, Data Lake Formation, Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis.
Experince:
- Solid experience with resiliency on Big Data Platforms.
- Solid experience with Automation as a Code, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ServiceNow
- Experience designing and managing large scale data technologies
- Big Data & Cloud Engineer Development/Operational experience.
- Experience of working with cross-geographic and cross-functional teams.
