Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Acts as a project leader for the overall delivery of platform projects. Develops project scope and plans, and coordinates tasks. Actively serves in the role of liaison between internal departments, technical staff, outside solution providers, and the project team to effectively develop, execute and monitor project implementation.
• Conducts or participates in technical walk-throughs to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
• Ensures that system specifications and requirements are documented and assists with the development and maintenance of written policies and procedures.
• Prepares a variety of written reports and materials to support thorough analyses and makes appropriate recommendations to management for new or enhanced systems. Activities include development of business cases, project proposals, feasibility/advisability studies on technology alternatives, and cost/benefit analysis
• Consistently adheres to and supports bank policies, and procedures, while maintaining overall best practices.
• Accepts technical responsibility for effectively managing assigned business systems.
• Assists with the maintenance of written records of application systems and software.
• Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with and all bank policies and procedures.
