- Technical background
- Agile is required
- Jira/Confluence is required
- Leadership skills is required (they will be the senior BSA on the team)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SQL is a nice to have
- Tableau is a nice to have
- Banking is a nice to have
- BSA AML is a nice to have
- Hadoop is a nice to have
- Python is a nice to have
Years of overall experience required:
- 0-1 years of experience
Day to day responsibilities:
- Participating in cross functional programs
- Work with Line of business to understand the business requirements document that they have created and breaking it down to document what is needed on the technical side
- Transfer items into functional requirements
- Present to software engineers for build – need to have the technical knowledge
- Work closely with test strategy
- Opportunity for this person to lead some of the incoming tasks triaging
Degrees or certifications required:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is a required
Ideal vs Average Candidate:
- The technical background and aptitude as well as the BSA AML Banking experience.
- Someone who is used to taking the lead and being a self-starter
