Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of a Service Performance and Measures across a multitude of J&J GS&SCS Services Areas on a monthly/quarterly cycle.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of an overall Service Maturity Model and measurement process to continuously monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive and proactive business analytics in support of risk trends, driving business insights through active data mining of supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners to highlight areas of potential opportunity or value.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 2 years of general business experience.
• Experience in a global and matrixed team environment, interfacing with a diverse group of people and situations while supporting executives and their teams, is required.
• Experience developing and deploying standard guidelines, training, tools and best practices.
• Experience maintaining monthly and quarterly financial, portfolio, and performance metric reporting is required.
• This position requires outstanding customer service skills, ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and the ability to work with independence and minimal direction.
