Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Performing user research through qualitative enquiry, quantitative data analysis and user testing within the R&D customer base.
• Developing a solid understanding of the business domain and processes through user research techniques and translating these into personas, journey maps and user stories.
• Driving design activities to improve user interfaces through wireframing, prototyping and ideation workshops.
• Interpreting and creating product design documentation.
• Connecting with engineers to ensure shared understanding of design feasibility, design integrity and accurate technical implementation.
• Collaborating with an Agile team to size, iterate on, review, and deliver work.
• Working across products and product families within R&D Operations.
• Providing coaching and mentoring on design excellence to product team members, as well as being a leader in the R&D Tech Designer Guild.
