Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in execution of the firm’s key projects that support the strategy, product development, strategic partnerships and other initiatives of Virtus’ ETF business.
- Perform ongoing platform gap analysis of the firm’s ETF offerings.
- Collaborate across departments on product positioning and message refinement.
- Monitor and assess activity of competitors leveraging tools such as Bloomberg and/or FactSet.
- Support new product development with an emphasis on hypothesis testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the investment management industry, with exposure to product development.
- Understanding of ETFs, asset management, and investment strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of innovation, project analysis, and ability to execute.
- Ability to manipulate and evaluate large data sets.
