Responsibilities:

• Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users.

• Document and maintain project plans and issue logs.
• Prepare project documentation and participate in business analysis project planning and management.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improved processes and solutions.
• Oversee the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge.
• Provide technical and business knowledge to clients.
• Stay abreast of technological and competitive developments.
• Conduct research on industry practices, standards, and benchmarking data.
