Chief Architect

Job Description:

• Guide the company and executive team as architecture expert
• Define computing and interconnect architectures that exploit the superiority of silicon photonics that can be delivered in products providing high customer value
• Formulate and drive the architectural exploration process including specifying or defining functional, performance and power modeling strategies
• Recruit and manage a team of architects and modeling engineers
• Work across hardware and software domains

Requirements:

• Track record of architecting scalable computing and interconnect concepts resulting in market success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  ability to describe complex systems with clarity to experts and non-experts 
• Skilled at a variety of modeling and analysis techniques for performance prediction at various levels of accuracy and abstraction.
