Job Description :

Responsiblties:

  • Act as the primary lead in investigating and responding to security breaches, including forensic analysis and coordination with external agencies when necessary.
  • Enhance and manage the organization’s security architecture, including advanced monitoring systems, intrusion detection, and response capabilities.
  • Lead threat-hunting activities and proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats across the enterprise network.
  • Coordinate security incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and post-incident analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of security processes, incident reports, and risk assessments.
  • Design and deliver advanced training programs for staff on emerging security threats, compliance requirements, and organizational security protocols.
  • Research and recommend emerging security technologies and strategies to enhance protection against evolving threats.
  • Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and strong relationships in every interaction with members.

 Requirment:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including advanced roles.
  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CISM, CASP+, or CCSP required.
  • Demonstrated experience with incident response, forensic analysis, and threat intelligence.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical information.
