Job Description :
Responsiblties:
- Act as the primary lead in investigating and responding to security breaches, including forensic analysis and coordination with external agencies when necessary.
- Enhance and manage the organization’s security architecture, including advanced monitoring systems, intrusion detection, and response capabilities.
- Lead threat-hunting activities and proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats across the enterprise network.
- Coordinate security incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and post-incident analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of security processes, incident reports, and risk assessments.
- Design and deliver advanced training programs for staff on emerging security threats, compliance requirements, and organizational security protocols.
- Research and recommend emerging security technologies and strategies to enhance protection against evolving threats.
- Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and strong relationships in every interaction with members.
Requirment:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including advanced roles.
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CISM, CASP+, or CCSP required.
- Demonstrated experience with incident response, forensic analysis, and threat intelligence.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
- Advanced technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical information.
