Job Description :
Requirements:
- Shadow the Implementation team to become a subject matter expert (SME) on the Aurora and RDS Oracle databases as used
- within KRIS Connected Platform
- Administer Aurora using Postgres
- Tune SQL statements using Explain Plan
- Performance tuning
- Analyze SQL code
- Monitor automated backups and replication
- Perform backups and snapshot procedures
- Coordinate fixes and enhancements with the development team
- Work side by side with the AWS RDS Database development team
- Contribute to the knowledge base for the service desk
- Coordinate fixes and enhancements with the development team
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to AWS RDS
Skills :
- Experience with Postgres
- Experience with RDS Oracle
- Experience working with Cloud Databases & Storage
- Ability to analyze SQL code for performance to ensure code quality
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies & tools
- Good Understanding of Engagement Delivery
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Jira, Confluence
- SOC/ compliance experience (nice to have).
- Strong Communication
- Healthcare experience (nice to have).
- State and local government experience (nice to have)
