Data Analyst

Requirment:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a peer counselor, peer specialist, or similar  ideally within a nonprofit setting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Data Analyst Certification Preferred.
• Candidates must possess a foundation in mathematics, with successful completion of calculus while a higher level of mathematical proficiency is preferred.
• Familiarity with the mental health recovery movement, peer support model, and local resources.
• Experience maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, understanding of confidentiality practices.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite, use of a multi-line phone system, technology systems  and basic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention services specific to hotline or emotional support WarmLine mental health services.
• Support the values and mission of NAMI OC as related to employment.
• Ability to pass a background clearance.
