Job Description :
Responsiblities:
- Partner with the account and sales team to identify client’s analytical and reporting needs and present solutions.
- Support the sales and Marketing team to improve the customer data quality by identifying the data gaps and closing them with the help of the business data owners.
- Discover and interpret data gaps and anomalies in account master data.
- Extract data using tools like SQL , Internal Analytics etc.
- Defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business trends for sales teams.
- Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for new and existing products.
- Manage and track all campaign performance including deep data analysis and post-campaign reporting.
