Data Analyst

Job description:

We are looking for an Data Analyst to support our expanding business. You will be responsible for providing in-depth data analysis in support of product and customer-facing teams. You will be relied upon to find the data or system cause of a reported issue and to own that issue through to resolution. Additionally, you will manage projects driven by the upstream client system such as new market rollouts, system conversions and reorganizations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows and procedures. In many cases you will deal directly with clients. Experience in the distribution industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client reported problems by asking probing questions to get a complete understanding of the issue.

• Research, analyze and manage the correction of the problem and communicate back to the client.

• Manage client driven changes including new market rollouts, system conversions, and reorganizations.

• Closely collaborate with the support and product teams on problem resolution.

• Create documentation and specifications on standard resolutions for use by the support team.
