Job Description :

Responsiblties:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources related to WarmLine services, including call logs, surveys, and feedback forms.
  • Utilize analytical insights to inform strategic choices and drive better service outcomes.
  • Interpret data and identify patterns, trends, and insights through statistical models and data visualization.
  • Develop and implement data tracking strategies, including creating data dashboards and improving data collection methods.
  • Collaborate with the WarmLine team to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Create regular reports using data analysis tools and presenting findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the reliability, security, privacy, and accessibility of data.
  • Work with the Warmline Program Director to define data metrics and set program goals.
  • Complete specific assignments as requested by the NAMI OC WarmLine Operations Manager and/or Program Directors.
  • Participate in training and professional development: Attend regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to crisis intervention and support.
  • Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However, other duties may be required and assigned at times, as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.

Knowledge:

  • Must be available to work some weekends.
  • Provide appropriate communication skills while offering compassionate listening and peer support in operating the WarmLine for a minimum 4 hours per week.
  • Ensure a present and attentive approach, adhering to the guidelines, to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our peer support service on the WarmLine.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of peer ethics and maintain appropriate boundaries while providing empathetic support and fostering a safe environment for individuals seeking mental health support and resources.
