Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and systems using statistical techniques.
• Evaluate data quality and employ analytics tools to clean, process, and convert large volumes of data into formats that can be leveraged by senior leaders.
• Analyze data to identify trends & areas for improvement to optimize operational efficiency.
• Clean and manipulate raw data from our carriers and brokers for inbound freight costs analysis to save inbound costs.
• Use Python and Excel to write complex functions for calculations and data analysis.
• Transform complex data and findings into charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports using Excel, SQL, SPSS and Tableau.
• Evaluate & determine appropriate methods for data analysis.
• Create recommendations to assist management in making effective data-driven decisions.
