Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop reporting tools, KPI trackers, and dashboards to facilitate business processes and track operational performance.
• Migrate spreadsheet data into data warehouses and build foundational tables and reports for the Supply Chain department.
• Partner with other teams to develop new processes that improve the efficiency and scalability of data and reporting.
• Partner with Inventory Management, Logistics, Planning, and Suppliers to ensure Master Data, PFEP, and BOM data are accurate and incorporated into reporting tools.
• Support the development, design, and implementation of ERP and oversee ERP reporting requirements.
• Set up data hierarchies, organize data structure, and support determining metadata fields to track inventory attributes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Reporting, IT Business Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience in working with complex data sets and building reports.
• Experience building Google Sheets, database tables, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams. Willingness to work in spreadsheets and SQL tables.
• Required Technical skills: intermediate SQL skills and experience with dashboarding software.
• Nice to have Technical skills: GCP, BigQuery, Jira, Google App Scripts, Javascript, dbt, Github.
