Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Compile multiple reports into concise and comprehensive Business Reviews.
• Ensures there is back-up skill set, or redundancy for each business critical report to accommodate PTO and open positions without impact on the business.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Leverage system and reporting tools to provide meaningful analyses and automate reports.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present key performance indicators  on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Provides training and guidance within team.
• Responsible for oversight of reporting and analyzed data to ensure accuracy of what is provided to management.
• Understands the roles and responsibilities of the Data Analysts within each department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
