Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Seeking an inquisitive and enthusiastic individual for position of Data Analyst.
• Responsible for a range of tasks, with a focus on hands-on data collection from diverse sources, data cleansing, and analysis.
• Perform online research leveraging search engines and a variety of search techniques to gather relevant industry data.
• Apply critical thinking on what type of information to look for and the best methodology to complete search.
• Compile, cleanse, and prepare data for business analysis and data science applications.
• Organize information from a wide variety of internal and external sources and manage the storage and sharing of information.
• Perform deep dives into subject matter to clarify questions, and draw meaningful insights.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with numbers, solving data puzzles, and analytic problems.
• Must be self-motivated, very detail-oriented, results driven, and able to communicate results clearly and concisely.
• Must have demonstrated ability in data gathering, cleansing, and analysis techniques, and be exceptionally good at online research.
• Needs to have an unquenchable intellectual curiosity for getting at the underlying story being told within the data.
• Will have advanced Excel skills  SQL experience, and knowledge of Python, and data visualization tools, such as Qlik, PowerBI and Tableau.
• Candidate with knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and conceptsand experience with applications is a plus.
