As a Profit Coaching member, you should be able to provides data entry support for Comtrans web portal and Email. Provides excellent customer service to all incoming calls and assist as needed. 

Responsibilities of the Data Entry include:

Data entry

Responding to incoming claims

Log files coming in and out of the office

Handle other administrative tasks as needed

Utilizing various computer programs to locate files

Investigate and respond to billing issues/inquiries

Prepare and analyse data to manage carrier payables

Correspond with internal team as needed to ensure timely/accurate payment to carriers

Read, analyse, and interpret freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts

Retrieving and delivering closed claim files via requests

Picking up closed claim files and routing files within teams and offices

REQUIREMENTS:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a high volume, fast paced setting. 

You should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. 

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent certification
