Data Quality Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Design, deploy, and monitor data quality metrics as part of a Data Quality Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality dashboards meet the needs of various business units.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data throughout the analysis process.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with data teams and other data quality teams.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance data analysis, data delivery, and digital service needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience performing data analysis and data exploration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing data quality reports and dashboards.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI or similar BI tools.
• Experience performing data quality analysis from data stored in cloud storage preferred.
