Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-powered solutions. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and deliver insights that inform key business strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you will play a critical role in solving complex challenges and optimizing decision-making processes.  Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and build data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Optimize and enhance existing models, algorithms, and workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to bring innovative approaches to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience applying them in business or industry settings; experience in predictive analytics is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, named ranges) for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in a digital media environment is a plus, including knowledge of concepts like attribution modeling, tracking tags, and key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools like R, SAS, MATLAB, or similar is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and deliver insights.
