Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant data from various sources, ensuring its quality and integrity.
  • Clean and preprocess the data to remove inconsistencies, missing values, and outliers.
  • Document all the steps involved in data preprocessing, model development, and deployment for reproducibility.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand the underlying patterns, relationships, and trends in the data.
  • Visualize the data using charts, graphs, and other techniques to derive insights.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Select appropriate machine learning algorithms or statistical models based on the problem requirements.
  • Train, tune, and validate models using suitable techniques such as cross-validation and hyperparameter optimization.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of data analytics collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or another analytical field.
  • 5+ years of experience performing advanced data ETL combining data from multiple disparate sources.
  • Certifications or demonstrable past performance in data ETL or Python development.
  • Understanding of user centered design and history of developing end user interfaces, reports, or dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with technical and non-technical audiences, specifically briefing senior decision makers.
