Data Warehouse Developer

Responsibilities:

Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.
Developing and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, preparing data visualizations, and using data to forecast or guide business activity.
Develop Power Automate and Power Apps workflows and integrations to automate business processes and improve data quality.
Design, develop, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and other database objects to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse or data mart.
Communicate internally and with clients externally to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data.
Act as a subject matter expert on the Power BI application and act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principals, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
Recommends new practices, processes and procedures.
Provides solutions that may set precedent or have significant impact.
Build automation and additional efficiencies into manual reporting efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, equivalent years’ experience considered.
At least five to seven years of data related or analytical work experience.
Experience building BI solutions in the Azure ecosystem.
Advanced Power Automate & Power Apps experience is must.
MS Azure skills preferred including intermediate skills in Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Power BI or equivalent.
Ability to grasp database structures and understand the underlying relationships and dependencies.

Data warehouse and business intelligence applications.
Including relational database structures and normal forms.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technical subjects and tasks.
