Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Perform the installation, maintenance and operation of computer systems.
- Perform Tape Media off-site processing.
- Monitor and analyze common issues and take steps to reduce or eliminate them, and collaborate with other IT personnel and seek help from supervisors to develop relevant solutions
- Maintain equipment inventories and request the order of supplies and hardware accordingly.
Qualifications and Expertise:
- Associate’s degree or higher in computer science or related field or equivalent experience in IT Infrastructure support.
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware Installation Best Practices.
- Basic Understanding of Networking Technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
