Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and escalate issues to the proper engineering teams or owners for resolution when necessary.
• Apply debugging tools and techniques to clarify issues and add relevant information for owners
• Effectively communicate resolutions and workarounds to customers, engineers and leadership.
• Write basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support
• Organize and facilitate office hours

Qualifications:

• Good technical understanding of the general development process of writing code, testing and releasing to production
• Prior experience in engineering support, help desk support or other technical roles
• Basic fluency in PHP, JavaScript, or Python and familiarity with basic development tools
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve, rapidly assess, analyze and resolve or troubleshoot issues and distill into clear and concise communications.
