Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitoring and responding to Application Performance metrics.
- Creating, maintaining, monitoring, and securing Azure resources adhering to modern conventions, standards, and best practices leveraging Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with developers to assist troubleshooting applications and deployments.
- Perform and assist developers with Root Cause Analysis for incidents involving IT systems.
- Maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting internal Platform Engineering systems, workflows, and toolchains.
- Rotating on-call schedule for Production outage of IT systems under DevOps team purview.
Experience:
- Strong proponent of, and adherent to, modern processes and procedures: Agile, ITIL, DevSecOps
- Infrastructure as Code using ARM, BICEP templates and scripts
- Experience with implementing monitoring and site reliability engineering.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, adept at working within a team as well as solo
- Proficient with Powershell, HTML, JavaScript, JSON.
- Basic familiarity with SQL databases, SQL Server specifically.
- Experience with container technologies a plus.
