Responsibilities:
- Reports production issues and implements measures to prevent future issues of the same kind.
- Carries out the implementation of Service Level Indicators for effective observability of critical systems
- Determines technical issues in software infrastructure like software-defined networks, databases, and compute resources.
- Implements infrastructure and pipeline solutions with minimal direction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in a related working environment
- Strong experience with manual and automated testing
- Experience with Powershell and Bash scripting
- Experience with Rancher is required
