Dot Net Developer-Entry-Level

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience
• Experience with MS.NET C# & VB required.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server required.
• Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.
• Experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with Windows and browser security desired.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge and understanding of Web Services.
• Excellent understanding of general programming concepts.
• Must be motivated, dependable and responsible.
• Remains current with new technologies and maintains extensive knowledge of the field.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple project at the same time
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as effective listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

Duties:

• Designs, codes, tests and maintains new and existing HR intranet applications. Works with functional SME to transform and develop new requirements into technical solutions.
• Trouble shoots, analyzes, researches and resolves technical issues/cases.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation.
• Coordinates activities/projects across multiple Information Technology teams
• Performs application impact analysis and communicates findings to functional SME.
• Keeps SME informed of progress/issues/status.
• Provides estimates to functional SME for enhancement/project requests.
• Provides and communicates risk management and trade-off decisions to functional SME.
• Follows published standards and SDLC methodologies.
