Job Description :

Key Dimensions

• Product Creation – identifying needs and opportunities, finding solutions and creating products
• Product Development – guide and mentor HCL Practice teams to ensure internally development products can be commercialized
• Sales Support - Support sales teams at critical stages of process, including solution reviews, customer workshops and proof of concept execution
• Relationship Management – solve issues, address escalations and proactively ensure that products can be sold, implemented and support throughout the entire lifecycle
• Positioning – create, publish and present white-papers, technical documents, best practices and points of view

Technical Skills and Domains

• Deep understanding of the architectures, capabilities and constraints of one or more of the three Microsoft Clouds (Azure Cloud, Dynamics 365 or Office 365)
• Broad enterprise solution creation and transformation experience across one or more of the following
• Infrastructure - Cloud, Compute, Storage, Networking and DevOps
• Digital Workplace – O365, Modern Management
• Cyber Security - Identity, Security Architecture, Security Management and Network Security,
• Applications – Dynamics 365, IoT, Cognitive Platforms, AppOps
• SAP on Azure - Compute, Networking, Storage, SAP BASIS, SAP HANA and Netweaver Architecture,
• Technical skills are however not enough for this role, successful candidates must be able to apply their experience so solve business issues, create excited customers and build commercially viable products.
