- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to drive sales and increase customer engagement - Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability - Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention - Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns - Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues

```Experience``` knowledge in e-commerce management or related field - Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese language is highly desirable - Strong understanding of online retail platforms, marketplaces, and best practices - Demonstrated ability to upsell products and drive sales through effective product positioning - Excellent technical sales skills with a focus on technology products - Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will allow for better communication with a diverse customer base - Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette - Ability to effectively communicate complex information and sell products to customers
