Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from the stakeholders by conducting meetings with them and document them using all the tools to make sure they are readable for any end user.
- Performing Gap Analysis of the processes to identify and validate requirements.
- Involve in designing and reviewing various documents including the SRS, BRD, Use Case Specifications, FSD, RTM, and testing documents.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business strategy proposals, test strategies, and production deployment plans to discuss with the business and resolve issues when reported.
- Conducting UAT, documenting, and reporting user feedback to the management team.
