Etl Developer

Responsibilities:

Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
Leads complex problem solving.
Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience working in relational database design with Oracle and Teradata.
Proficient in Informatica, with a good knowledge of ETL development.
Strong experience in design, building and testing the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) applications.
Must have 3 years of experience in working with Data Virtualization tool Denodo.
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
Familiarity extracting data from multiple data sources such as DB2, Oracle, and flat files.
Familiarity with database stored procedures.

Key Skills:

SQL competence.
Understanding of data modeling concepts.
Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, etc.
Knowledge of different SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques and Big Data technologies.
