Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load payor data into the data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define data integration and transformation rules.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and implement data reconciliation and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including data mappings, data dictionaries, and data transformation rules.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, data architects, and business analysts to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot data integration and performance issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ETL methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an ETL Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data integration and transformation principles.
  • Experience working with healthcare payor data is strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
