ETL Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other industry-standard tools and techniques.
Collaborate with 3rd parties and government agencies to understand data integration requirements and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
Design and implement data mapping, data transformation, and data quality rules to ensure accurate and complete data.
Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify data quality issues and suggest improvements.
Optimize ETL processes to improve performance and scalability.
Develop automation scripts and queries to facilitate data preparation and reporting tasks.
Create technical documentation for ETL processes and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
Communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
Proficient in SQL and other programming languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with secure file exchanges, data encryption, change control, and auditing best practices.
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence technologies.
