Job Description :
Responsiblties:
- Propose innovative and workable solutions that conform to industry and firm standards, using firm standard tools.
- Implement solutions on time, adhering to deadlines and communicating impediments to meeting them.
- Create/publish documentation including an outline of the problem or need as it is understood; detailed descriptions of data and program structures; input in the creation of end-user manuals.
- Partner with other developers in support of critical projects.
- Continually review existing applications with users, evaluating for relevancy, staleness, usefulness, and changing needs.
- Train the IT and Legal Admin Services Trainers, Help Desk analysts, or attorneys and business services staff.
- As needed, implement solutions and fixes during off hours to minimize impact to users.
- Investigate and learn new tools and systems that might facilitate the efficient creation of necessary programs; keep current on existing systems. Pursue relevant training classes.
