Requirment:
- Ability to get things done and drive projects to completion.

- Ability to simplify and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business process improvement, reporting, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.

- Fundamental understanding of Agile method.
Experience:
- Computer science/information technology degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years experience with powering loyalty journeys via loyalty technology platforms.
- 3-7 years experience with data engineering with a focus on consumer data.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce, mobile native app, marketing, retail, and call center technologies.
- Experience with analytics/reporting technologies.
- Experience with enterprise application integration with the following data domains: customer, transactions, catalog/products.
- Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other consumer privacy regulations.
- Experience with scrum, lean, scale, and other agile practices.
